Manager, Onsite Marketing, Amazon Canada

Amazon Canada is seeking a Manager of Marketing to be responsible for all major onsite activations, inclusive of successful delivery of high visibility High Velocity Events (HVEs), bolstering visibility to strategic programs, and supporting category marketing events.
In this role, you will lead a team of marketing managers to deliver high quality events, balanced to simplify and scale operations.
You will coordinate closely with all product families across Canada Retail in addition to partner teams across North America Stores and Worldwide Events to deliver best-in-class customer experiences against our most strategic events and business priorities.
The ideal candidate for this role will be very organized, have notable people management experience, proven results to invent and simplify marketing operations, is high performing, customer-obsessed, data driven, with high attention to detail.
They would excel if they are comfortable working in a fast pace and high visibility environment, has experience dealing with ambiguity in an organized manner, and excel at stakeholder management.
The candidate will incorporate merchandising and marketing best practices from previous events and activations to optimize operations, find opportunity/customer insights and performance data to develop recommendations to continue innovating and improving the event CX.
We are looking for a strong leader, who is proactive, isn't shy to get their hands dirty, can work independently to guide their team to success, and influence stakeholders and senior leadership.
Key job responsibilities1.
Own and simplify onsite marketing operations for all events, strategic category programs, coop marketing playbook, and evergreen category events and activations.

Lead a team of 6 marketing managers to oversee successful delivery of event and category activations through the year.
3.
Drive YoY improvements in driving HVE innovations and automating merchandising workstreams.
4.
Responsible for key partner stakeholder management across Product Families, as well as WW and NA marketing and support teams to drive scalable mechanisms that simplify event merchandising workstream for your teams.

Own event reporting and develop automated event output dashboards6.
Build relationships with category teams to translate key business and brand goals into tactical plans and communicate prioritized execution needs across marketing channel ownersWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
