Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate a multi-line phone system Check and transfer voicemails Distribute Mail and Faxes as they come in Ensure copy rooms, conference rooms, and bathrooms are tidy and stocked Manage supply inventory Prepare conference rooms as necessary Light janitorial throughout the day Greet and assist all visitors to the firm Starts new client binders Our goal is to train our receptionists to move up within the firm.
This is the perfect entry level role for a motivated individual who is looking to get their foot in the door and work their way up.
