Compliance Training Lead, Business Conduct & Ethics

Work hard, have fun, and make history working with the Business Conduct & Ethics team within Amazon's Legal Department.
We are looking for a smart and motivated individual to own Amazon's first in class compliance training program, including content development, risk-based training initiatives, the use of analytics, and training curricula expansion.
The successful candidate has previously led a large-scale, sophisticated program and has experience innovating in ambiguity.
The right person for this role will drive effective trainings that resonate throughout Amazon's disparate employee population and think creatively about what it means to train from a risk-based approach.
This person should be a strong written and verbal communicator, with great attention to detail and experience driving large programmatic initiatives.
They should be able to work independently in a constantly changing and ever ambiguous environment.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential.
Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Managing a company-wide learning management system;- Driving completion for mandatory compliance trainings by eligible employees;- Managing the creation and approval of new training courses amongst partners in and outside of Legal;- Functioning as the main operational point of contact with Amazon's content creation and learning management system vendors;- Developing and maintaining custom completion reports for compliance training for Amazon leadership;- Providing customer service and technical troubleshooting help for global learners; and- Drafting high visibility correspondence related to company-wide trainings;We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Arlington, VA, USA Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
