The Home Marketing Team is seeking an experienced Sr.
Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of category marketing support.
The Sr.
Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with category and marketing teams to develop an integrated approach across marketing channels.
A successful candidate will be customer obsessed, using insights, data, and marketing expertise to produce best-in-class experiences.
This role is highly autonomous and visible, working multi-functionally with teams and leadership across Category Management, Marketing, Product and Finance.
The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver and is excited about simplifying processes and influencing partner teams to automate in the long term.
Key job responsibilitiesDevelop innovative marketing opportunities across multiple owned and central channelsCollaborate with partner teams to simplify and automate processes, develop and improve tools, and increase reporting capabilitiesFormalize category team marketing trainings and processesEstablish mechanisms to capture pain points and incorporate solutions into your long-term visionBuild relationships with category teams to translate key business and brand goals into tactical plans and communicate prioritized execution needs across marketing channel ownersWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
