Our organization is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, hard-working Site Merchandiser to join our team to help curate seasonal and cultural campaigns.
The successful candidate will know how to create compelling content, work with a variety of stakeholders, be comfortable with web-publishing tools, and be able to multitask in a start-up environment that requires flexibility, agility, and a sense of humor.
A love for streaming, film, and TV is a plus!Key job responsibilities- Create on-brand, best in class content that is tailored to appropriate customers by developing an in-depth understanding of O&O marketing placements and tools- Contribute to annual event planning - Effectively build, QA, and publish content using internal tools- Analyze performance of site content, and drive recommendations for improvements based on learnings - Identify, lead, and execute A/B experimentation that both measures campaign performance and identifies ways to optimize campaign performance - Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs and bring campaigns to life- Develop scalable solutions for streamlining campaign management and operations, and invent and simplify existing processesThe successful candidate has demonstrated:
- Customer obsession- High attention to detail, including precise and effective customer communications- Superior verbal and written communications skills- Ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns- Ability to analyze results of merchandising efforts- Willingness to work autonomously, and in ambiguous environmentsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
