Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented technology attorney to support Amazon Web Services, a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.
com.
Amazon Web Services is at the forefront of the cloud computing service industry, providing IT infrastructure services, such as on-demand compute, storage, database, network and content delivery, artificial intelligence, mobile, and internet of things services, and more.
This Corporate Counsel will join a team supporting media, network, and security services, including new and ongoing product support, intellectual property licensing and other technology transactions, and compliance initiatives.
This Corporate Counsel will provide ongoing counseling and legal (contract, legislative, and regulatory) interpretation and guidance for senior executives and other business team members.
In addition, this Corporate Counsel will be expected to participate in other AWS Legal projects and support related business growth opportunities, including the management and resolution of legal and regulatory issues that arise under current and future operations and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
Compensation based on experience and includes equity compensation.

Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
