Contracts Manager, Legal - NA Stores

We are looking for an intelligent and hardworking Contracts Manager to support the needs of our U.
S.
Stores business.
This role will involve drafting and documenting a variety of commercial contractual relationships, including marketing agreements, service agreements and work orders, license agreements, and amendments, with standard fallbacks and/or under guidance of counsel; supporting and documenting rights clearances; reviewing advertising, promotion, and creative copy; supporting localization of guidelines; documenting processes; and educating business people on contract processes, policies, and guidelines.
The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.
The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills, and have the ability to easily switch gears.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Arlington, VA, USA Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
