Train and provide support to new employees and current employees Assist with Field Operations as needed with regards to client relations, special assignments Respond to emergencies and incidents within the designated area promptly and according to policy Maintain Client Relations for the assigned client within the site(s) Conduct detailed employee evaluations, inspections, serious incident reporting, investigations, trending, action plans Meet with new prospective clients to discuss their security needs Perform all other functions and duties as required or assigned by The Guard Alliance Inc.
and/or the Client Position requirements:
Valid Security License Valid State Issued ID Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent required 2-4 years of experience in the security field preferred Legal right to work in the United States (Drug free work environment) Reliable transportation Must be able to pass full background check Physical/Mental requirements and working environment:
The job is performed in an outside environment with excessive travelling from and to sites The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities Must be able to clearly speak, read and write English Restrictions Apply; no call offs and/or no shows, or failure to complete all required reports including proper timekeeping Job Type:
