Summary:
Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service. Support the Product Team Leader and Regional Product Team in maintaining regional standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving and preparing product and stocking the department.
DUTIES:
Assume primary responsibility of processing all team product deliveries.
Process deliveries in a timely manner with full attention to detail and abiding by receiving procedures.
Follow all receiving procedures and meet all standards in terms of maintenance of back stock, product refrigeration, timely delivery or notification of product arrival, processing of special orders, and maintenance of all paperwork and logbooks.
Ensure receiving supplies are filled and maintained and the area is neat, clean, organized and safe.
Keep receiving area secure while on duty.
Break down and organize designated loads.
Establish and maintain merchandise return/transfer area.
Document product transfers and waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
Effectively communicate with Team Members regarding receiving and department operations.
Develop working knowledge of all department vendors.
Provide verification of each delivery and note variances on invoice and to Team Leader.
Assist in stocking product.
Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have working knowledge of IRMA.
Ability to follow instructions and established uniform procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
Ability to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.
Ability to understand and complete departmental transfers.
Stand and walk for extended periods of time up to 4 hours without a break.
Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness and to check signage and labeling for accurate pricing.
Environmental exposure: temperature extremes (coolers, freezer, outdoors).
Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department.
Essential Job Functions:
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
