Holland Partner Group is seeking a customer service oriented Doorman to join the team at Seattle's newest luxury high-rise, 815 Pine!
We are seeking a team player with a strong work ethic that offers exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow through. The Holland Team consists of Associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills.
Meets and greets all visitors to and Residents of the property, providing customer support and information about the community, both in-person and via telephone.
Provides miscellaneous services and information to Residents, as well as signs for and distributes deliveries.
Acts as a liaison for Residents and management, ensuring excellent communication, and maintaining documentation of all interactions and follow-up regarding Resident issues.
Provide direction and assistance to residents and guests for entry and movement through the building via elevator systems.
Acts as ambassador of the property and is a primary contact person for residents and guests.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive documents and information regarding both Resident's personal information, and confidential information regarding Holland Residential and Holland Partner Group.
Regularly inspects the community grounds, common areas, models, vacant units, and office areas. Offers recommendations to the managers regarding compliance and/or needed improvements.
Ability to identify persons authorized to access the building during all hours.
Adhere to the company's safety programs, policies and procedures.
Participate in company training classes, as required.
Handle resident issues in a timely manner, providing proper documentation and informing Property Manager as needed.
Be well versed with area conveniences and features with the ability to provide clear directions to key venues.
Assist the development and implementation of resident retention programs and activities.
Assists during resident, property and special events to provide proper movement through the building.
Understands and applies principles of Fair Housing.
Follows guidelines of community operating budget.
Becomes active in the local business community and develops a rapport with the residential community. Assists in creating the community newsletter.
Plays a key role in oversight of the loading dock and elevators to ensure all are available as scheduled. Reports any issues or problems with each.
Maintains a positive relationship with all Administrative and Maintenance staff to ensure excellent inside customer service, teamwork and accountability.
Represents the community and Holland Residential in a professional manner at all times.
Perform all other duties as directed by the Property Manager, and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience : One to two years of customer service or hospitality experience required.

Ability to deal well with people and develop a positive rapport with residents, guests, vendors and office staff

Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
Ability to navigate and execute tasks on company computer including use of the internet
Basic office organizational skills: filing, supplies inventory and ordering, mailing/shipping, office equipment upkeep/contract maintenance
Independent decision making ability
Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions
Attendance : Position requires ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Due to property staffing limitations, it is extremely critical that individuals be able to work their scheduled hours plus any other hours necessary to complete the job. Position requires the incumbent to serve on-call, as needed.
Physical requirements : Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds with regularity. Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
