Job Description:
Need Sourcer/Recruiter external candidates for critical talent needs in support of company business.
Experience in Retail recruitment.
Identifies professional/technical/diversity organizations to build partnerships for promoting our brand and attracting candidates for employee and or non payroll worker needs.
Prepares labor market/skills/talent availability and competitive intelligence data to present to hiring business units in support of their hiring efforts.
Will source resumes and candidate contact lists for multiple technical and professional positions.
Responsible for verifying candidate qualifications through initial screening and interviews.
Develop and recommend recruitment strategies to attract recent college graduates to positions.
Support candidate attraction and direct sourcing in support of increased hiring activity, special hiring initiatives or developing new areas of our business.
Participate in social media outreach to promote and engage with recent college graduates and alumni and preferred suppliers.
