We're looking for a Mobile Product Manager to help drive new features and functionality across our mobile apps and m.site. In this role, you will serve as product owner to drive projects from start to finish, championing, and delivering on every feature. In addition, you will lead small, agile sprint teams to ensure requirements are written clearly, implemented efficiently, and tested appropriately. This role is inherently cross-functional--you will work closely with engineering, design, project management, and QA to bring new features to life (on time and under budget)!
Responsibilities
o Think Mobile First and evangelize this philosophy across the organization.
o Drive a small agile team (Design, Development, and QA) to release new features to market.
o Write detailed business requirements and/or user stories for the Development and QA teams.
o Provide analysis and recommendations for potential new features, optimizations, and other methods to improve the overall mobile app/site user experience.
o Measure the performance of each mobile product based on company and program goals.
Identify gaps in product functionality, plan out future enhancements, and assign priority to each one.
o Monitor customer feedback in order to prioritize product features, enhancements, and fixes.
o Communicate product status, key issues, and release plans to key constituents across the organization including senior management, IT, design, sales, PR, legal, airport, and customer service.
o Collaborate with a team of designers to create innovative product features and functionality while setting an incredibly high bar for the user experience.
o Prioritize defects and work with the Development and QA teams to ensure they are resolved for a Go-No-Go decision at the end of a project.
Qualifications
o 5
years of experience in product management
o Past success defining and launching mobile products or features
o Passion for mobile user experience and design
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical customers, colleagues, and executives
o Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
o Knowledge of APIs and web-services architecture required
o Familiar with Visio, Power Point, MS Word, and Excel required
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and solve problems required
o Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
o Airline industry experience a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
