Mactus Group is seeking an eCommerce Manager to build an exceptional and authoritative network of online pro-shops. The eCommerce Catalog Manager will own the eShop eCommerce catalog life cycle. Will be responsible for maintaining direct relationships with key brands, identifying new brands, driving product and brand selection in the store and syncing product inventory levels. The content manager also needs to know their websites' audience, and do what they can to generate usage of content. This role will require the individual to handle multiple projects at once, work across a number of different groups, and meet tight timelines. On top of those skills, web content managers should have a good eye for design and strong grammar skills.

Responsibilities:
The absolute primary responsibility is Owning the ecommerce catalog life cycle Product Management
Manage the uploading of all products including product descriptions, technical, product features, product imagery, pricing, options and more
Ensure pricing is up to date with manufacturer price sheets
Accurate and timely maintenance, update and synchronization of product details between systems
Verifying and ensuring that product information is properly displayed and presented
Assist customers with their product upload requirements
Catalog Management
Mapping of vendors part numbers to eShop part numbers
Categorization of products into their correct segment
Collect technical specs on products so comparisons between products can be performed
Approve customer product reviews and comments, and manage online promotions at the product level as needed, including the addition and deactivation of time sensitive promotions
Supplier Management
Develop and execute project plans for the launch of new vendors and features, incorporating merchandising and pricing strategies
Interface with suppliers for the development of strategies to automate vendor information exchange
Coordinate with external sources for the collection of product information
Manage the transition of product catalog update responsibility from eShop back to suppliers
Other
Conduct analysis of both current business as well as new opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments and to share the research results with the Senior Management team
Track metrics for recording the success and quality of vendors. Use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate MUST Have:
Excel / Access / DB Master - ability to work with multiple Excel spreadsheets, XML, CSV with consistent, flawless accuracy
Deep experience with large amounts of data, requiring dissemination and sorting with 100% accuracy
Experience with complex product configuration and variants (pricing, measurements, weight, colors, options, features, keywords, descriptions)
Super detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks under a deadline
Very good internet research skills
Very comfortable meeting deadlines
Very comfortable working individually and as a team
Good writing skills
Be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
Preferred but not required:
SQL query experience
Experience in the sporting goods industry, golf preferred
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.

years of experience in the ecommerce area
Excel, Database proficiency
Able to take complete ownership of areas of responsibility
